The law in Ohio has changed. Previously, the Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) level that triggered a per se violation of the law was .10. The new Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) level is now .08. This new lower limit means that it has become even easier to violate the law and possibly find yourself in trouble. Below is a chart that provides a rough guideline showing the number of drinks it takes, according to body weight, to reach the new limit of .08 Blood Alcohol Content (BAC)."
